Thirty-five years building companies across five countries taught Ken Corbie one thing — the hardest growth a leader faces is their own. Coaching that turns private doubt into steady command.
The record
The approach
Confidence on the outside, doubt underneath — Ken has lived both. The work isn't about fixing you. It's about challenging what you assume to be true and discovering what you're actually capable of leading.
We surface the quiet assumptions running your leadership — the rules you never agreed to but obey anyway. Naming them is where change begins.
Coaching opens new, powerful ways of thinking and being. You keep what made you effective and add the range the next level demands.
The effort you pour into worry, avoidance, and second-guessing gets pointed somewhere useful — toward goals that once felt out of reach.
The work
Engagements run from a focused two-day intensive to a multi-year partnership. Each one is shaped to the leader and the moment — never off the shelf.

Start hereMy story
No formal training. No qualifications. Just a title that arrived years before the confidence to wear it. From boyhood into adulthood I carried a quiet insecurity, and for a long time I masked it behind a false sense of self-assurance.
Behind the composure was nervousness before every presentation, a fear of confronting authority, and a habit of avoiding the hard conversations leadership demands. I succeeded anyway — but the cost was real, and it was invisible to everyone but me.
Coaching changed that. It taught me to challenge my own assumptions and adopt new, powerful ways of thinking and being. I learned that weakness is universal — even among the most accomplished people in the room — and that, guided well, the energy we waste on worry can be pointed at goals that once felt impossible.
Had I found this work earlier, my own journey would have been far less painful. That's exactly why I do it now: so the leaders I coach don't have to learn the slow, lonely way.
